Refund Policy


We require a $50 deposit in order to reserve a frozen lamb package. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 calendar days prior to the pick up date the customer selected when making the order.

After 30 calendar days, the deposit is no longer refundable. We identify a live lamb that matches the approximate weight the customer specified and that lamb is sent to the abattoir at which time the lamb becomes a perishable frozen product. If a customer decides not to pick up the frozen lamb package, our farm must try to find another buyer for that lamb in a short period of time which means additional costs for our small family business.

If the order is not picked up within 14 calendar days of the pick up date the customer selected when making the order, we reserve the right to sell the lamb package to another customer unless a specific agreement has been made. We will contact the customer by email to remind him or her that the order is ready for pick up.

It is the customer's responsibility to transport and store the frozen lamb in a food-safe manner and to ensure the product remains frozen. The FDA recommends frozen food be stored at -18C.

Perishable goods cannot be returned. If a customer is not satisfied with the product received, we will work with the customer and the abattoir to identify any issues with the product and to discuss options to rectify the situation which may include a refund.
